I was commissioned by the Norris Cultural Center to make a piece for their Art and Music Festival- two topics I am passionate about! A range of music is presented here, from classical to experimental. A contemporary process, photo silkscreen, was used to transfer a composition still in progress by the late Susan Forrest Harding. By contrast, antique sheet of traditional music was collaged on. Musical symbols and notes are interwoven in between the layers of color and texture.
